Kitchen Island Hopping - So Many Choices

We decided that we want to make some upgrades to our kitchen, and we neeeeeeed a kitchen island. But the choices are endless. We have a limited space so I can't have everything - that makes me angry. Here are my must have's, wine holder, pull out spice cabinet, and gas stove top. Is it too much to ask??? I think not.

So these are my must have's - wine wine wine. End of story.

Organized spices in a convenient location - yes please.

Gas stove top - pretty sure I want that.

Wait - do I want a stove top or a sink???? Both? Sink - definitely a sink.

Ok fine, I will decide on the stove top or sink later, now for the easy stuff. Bar height seating or table height seating? Maybe it's not so easy! I think I love bar height seating at the island - sit and have a cocktail and watch me cook.

Oh yea! The best of both worlds, bar height and table height. I also love the two different types of counter tops, and you can't deny that the wrap around seating is amazing.

I can't decide on anything except that I want my cabinets to be different from my island.

Grey and white - so beautiful.

White with a butcher block top! Of course.

No no no.....definitely distressed black .

UGH - so many decisions, maybe I just simplify everything and do a cool freestanding island. So great - and I love the open shelving although I am not quite sure my things are good enough to be on display.
